Backstage & VIP passes :

The organizers will give a free pass to the event for ten participants of each club. The entrance pass will be given exclusively to the team captain or team leaders. Every other person accompanying the dancers will have to buy an entry ticket (see "tickets ").

VIP PASS :

The presidents of the IDO National Member Organization, who do not officially participate in the competition will be given a VIP pass. May a partner or a guest accompany them, they will also be given a VIP pass.

Entry Ticket (prices) :

Table (numbered seats): 19 €, Stands: 13 € Adult, 9 € Child and free for children under 8 years old

Trophy :

a trophy will be given to the first six dancers of each final.

Proof of participation :

ALL DANCERS will receive a plastic wristband at the registration office (Check In Counter) to tie around the wrist as proof of having paid the start fee and being a dancer/participant of the Danse Vienne Festival, French.

This wristband MUST be worn during the whole event. If lost, the dancer must purchase another ticket to enter the hall again. There will be no exceptions.

Registration / Check in :

Upon arrival in Vienne, the check in will take place in the hall of the Gymnasium

Registrations / checks-in can only be made by the appointed official team captain of your club for all the dancers.

Start fees : 25 € per dancer (Unlimited number of dances)

Deadline :April 13, 2022
The Team Captain will pay all the start fees for all the dancers of their clubpaid by bank transfer (BIC: CRLYFRPP / IBAN: FR35 3000 2010 4800 0009 9416 D06) or cash on site

CHECK IN :

On Friday, April 22, 2022 from 8 pm till 10 pm (Gymnasium of the Saint Romain en Gal)
On Saturday, April 23, 2022 from 9 am

Beginning of the competition :

schedules can be modified according to registrations 11 am Saturday, April 23, 2022

The Team Captains will receive all necessary information regarding the competition as well as plastic wristband (see proof of participation) at the check-in.

IMPORTANT :

All dancers must be ready to dance, at least 60 minutes before the scheduled time (see time schedule).

We will be pleased to welcome you in Vienne for its prestigious Danse Vienne Festival 2022 under the aegis of CFFDJ-ido.
